Local Pick up is 5 - 7 Business days after order is placed, Shipping is 7 - 10 Business days after order is placed. This does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please allow the time frame listed prior to making contact.
You can put my salon address 1304 central court Hermitage TN 37076 if you would like local pick up. Submit a text to 443-374-2817 with your order number so that you can be contacted when hair is ready.
If you're purchasing hair for an intended appointment through Hidden Beaute Studio, Please make sure Local pick up time frames coincide with appointment dates. Ex: Extensions take 5 - 7 business days to arrive, appointments should be made no earlier than the 7th business day ( Please keep in mind hair is coming from overseas). For more information please make contact prior to ordering. Any orders made will not be refunded if hair arrives after your scheduled appointments. Your order will still be processed and made available for pick up.
